Q. Where are your products made?
A. Stubby Holder Dispensers are designed, printed and wrapped in Melbourne!

Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Once your order is received, it will be shipped within the next 5 business days depending on what style you have ordered.

Q. How long does it take until I receive my order?
A. Australia Post; Standard Post 5-10 business days, Express Post 2-4 business days.

Q. Can you do custom dispensers for me?
A. Yes, we sure can, send StubbyMate™ an email with your custom request and your files/images and we can get working on a design straight away!

Q. My item is damaged during delivery, what do I do?
A. Unfortunately accidents do happen with delivery/couriers and we do our best to ensure each item finds its way to you in tip top condition! If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours so we can work out the best solution for you.
